I’m a planner. I have a plan b, a contingency plan and then a couple more besides. The decision tree never ends, why should the planning? I write, after all, and this planning is really plotting. There are many plans in action at one time, too. Sometimes the plan changes, but the pieces of the old plan can be picked up and integrated into the next.
Obviously, but what does this mean and why is it important enough to post?
Several books are in partial states at the moment, some of them only need another pass and then sent to trusted friends and readers. Some, like the second Olivia book, are in a state unfit for unsuspecting eyes. These will take longer to complete, but I plan to complete them yet.
There is a folder in each book’s hierarchy called “things I wrote about this story that I should remember.” It’s a long name, but I don’t have to guess what I might have put in there. It’s a very important when someone jumps from one world to another, or moves around in a time line as I do in the Trojan War universe.
With so many things happening, I hope to have something new for you to read in the near future. As always, 2015 should be a very good year for me and Backlit Web.
